He’s ALWAYS lurking, wants to know everything, and is always asking questions. “Why” and “how” have become his two favorite words.   • TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!!! 1 year apart.
    A year ago, I thought I was doing okay. I was working out on a daily basis, eating what I thought was enough, taking care of my mental health the best I could, but what I didn’t realize was that I was still so unhappy. I had taken the steps in the right direction, but I was stuck in rut.
    The past year has been all about getting out of that rut. Mentally, I was checked out, I didn’t have the drive to care about myself, school, work, I was miserable. The nagging voice in my head was loud as ever, screaming at me that I wasn’t enough.
    It’s been a roller coaster, at times making me feel as though I couldn’t keep doing it, but I stuck it out. I’ve continued to grow and thrive and now I’m in a whole different place.
    1 year apart, but a whole world of a difference between those two people. I’m healthy, I’m happy, I’m thriving and living my best life, despite feeling as though I’d never get to this point.
    The biggest lesson I’ve learned throughout this whole journey is your biggest opponent is you. At the end of the day, it’s you against you. So take charge and be happy on purpose. •

  • TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!!! 1 year apart.

  • I'm so humbled by my dude. He's definitely my life's biggest blessing. Such a gift.
    On occasion, he joins my BA running group to buckle up and enjoy the butt whooping workouts. Today, we were served 2 mi warm up, 15 x 2min @10k pace, 2 mi cool down, on a silver platter. As we turned lap after lap, he would fall behind us and then catch up, huffing and puffing his way through a tough one. At the end, he thanked us for the workout. Ugh😍😍😭 Through tough and trying times... when I'm struggling to keep up... I'm learning to be thankful for the opportunity for growth. Thanks for another schooling on humility and gratitude, boo.

  • My body has gone through a couple of phases these last few years 😪 and I’m proud of every single one!
    After my show in July I kept going on and on about putting on muscle ! And that’s all I’ve been working on since!
    My protein consumption has been bigger, my lifting has been heavier weight with more reps, and I haven’t been doing cardio 🙄 lol which is making me gain weight but it’s okay! I’m not putting a lot of pressure on myself especially this month of December ! I’m enjoying family and friend time so that I don’t worry about what I’m eating in front of them. But I am extremely ready and excited for the new year and my new goal. 💪🏽 WBFF 2019. Another year for the books! #TeamDynasty .
