That’s a wrap!!! I achieved one of my pregnancy goals!
I kept active throughout my pregnancy!
39 weeks of keeping myself moving.
Still running and training legs the day before birth.
I’m so grateful that my body remained strong and healthy throughout this journey. It wasn’t always easy and I had days I couldn’t quite face the gym but everyday I tried and wow I do believe this journey was a lot easier because I kept moving.
I really haven’t faced many side effects:
I never struggled with back pain
I did have slight pelvic pain however it didn’t last.
My blood pressure remained textbook perfect.
0 feet and hand swelling
Now time to kick these feet up, turn the world off and wait patiently to meet our little girl tomorrow.
