- Falling off the ‘bandwagon’? My tips to getting back on! 💪🏻💃🏼🏃♀️💕 Disclosure, I fell off my usual training regime about 3/4 weeks ago and used every excuse under the ☀️ as to why (ill, tired, busy, the weather, its December, not eating properly, hungover, etc etc)🤪 it happens to literally EVERYONE and that is 👌🏻🆗! I’ve started my routine and workouts again from scratch and actually found I’m enjoying my workouts more now. 5 top tips below that help me:
1️⃣ PLAN - I try and plan my weeks worth of workouts and meals ahead if I can and write them all down.
2️⃣ INSPO - As much as this app gets a lot of stick, it can be a really great place to get some good workout or exercise ideas!
3️⃣ CLASSES - Book onto a new class and give it a go- whats the worse thing that can happen?💪🏻
4️⃣ BE PATIENT - Don’t get annoyed if you have a ‘bad’ workout, it happens to everyone!
5️⃣ KIT - I always lay my gym stuff out the night before which makes it 100 times easier to get up and go. If you go in the evenings/lunchtime, pack your bag before bed. ✌🏻
