    Za početak, frizura je postojana 😁
    E sad.. ovaj tjedan dosta apetit manji no inaće. Jedina izmjena je bila što sam protein oborio na 200g stocje 2g/kg, ali sam digao masti.
    Volumen treninga se sve lakše podnosi i treninzi koji su bili po 2-3 sata rađeni budu gotovi čak i kroz 1.5-2h max. Jednostavno snaga je porasla, nemam problema više s lumbalnim dijelom leđa točnije QL-om koji je poprimao svaki moj pokret zbog loše mobilnosti i slabosti mišića gluteusa.
    Dupence raste kao šzo se vidi, a bome ga i osjetim pod rukama🤣👌
    Noge ne da rastu, nego sam prezadovoljan napretkom i snagom. Jednostavno ovaj oblik treninga koji sam posložio im napokon odgovara.
    Po prvi put osjetim noge dok radim noge!
    Bodyfat i dalje jednak vizualno.

    Danas sam poslije slikanja imao leg day, odradio sam čučanj nakon godinu dana pauze pošto mi je stvarao samo napetost u lumbalnom dijelu leđa, i dok sam radio čučanj apsolutno nebi osjetio kvadriceps nego veliki pritisak na tijelo. Sad je i to izmjenjeno pa čučanj ponovo vračam u upotrebu💪😁
