    I think isn’t real happiness if you are happy just because drugs.

    Depression and antipsychotic meds don’t help you handle your trauma and sadness. They just make you feel emotionally numb. No horrible thoughts, no negative or even happy feelings. Just nothing. It’s just chemical lobotomy. Do not always believe in doctors, they don’t really know how you feel, they only tell what they have read about books. .
    Usually there is a reason why you are sad and you have dark thoughts. If you are sad crying, talking and therapy helps. Drinking or taking drugs just move your problems forward. If you don’t deal with your problems they’ll coming out anyway in future and then can be too late handle them. You can cheat that you are happy, but it will not last forever. I know that is true and I know also that you know it’s true. I believe this is the reason why people become alcoholics and drug addicts. So sad.

    These are just my thoughts, do not take them personally. I have also bipolar disorder and lots of others mental illnesses, but I just don’t want escape my problems with drugs or alcohol anymore.
