  • 🔥 Missing the shreds of prep right now but I remember feeling so exhausted and depleted! All I wanted was to take a nap and eat ice cream! 😂 But those are the feels of prep and it’s hard, but it’s even harder watching those shreds go away and transition your mindset into recovery mode. For my new followers, you may not know my entire fitness journey and that I struggled with disordered eating for most of my life. I would have phases where all I would do was eat, binge eating. I would eat so much till the point I was sick and then the inevitable would happen 🤮. There were also phases where I wouldn’t eat at all and I remember starving myself for almost a week straight when I fainted in school. This was a terrible way to live, but I couldn’t find my way out of it. I found bodybuilding after a binging phase and that is when my whole life turned around! 🙌🏼 I never really talk about my past because I am not proud of it but that will always be a part of me. If you are struggling with an eating disorder and need someone to talk to PLEASE send me a message!! I want to help you get through this hard time so you can be on your way to recover! Stay strong fam!! 💪🏼😍🙏🏼❤️ •

  • Sometimes people ask me "Do you really workout everyday?" I'm notnsure if they think I lie about it, just wondered if on days I dont post- maybe I skip that day 🤷🏼‍♀️ if you watch my IG stories- you'll know it happens ALMOST daily. Sometimes I dontbwake up to my alarm (slept through 2 this morning and didn't have time) but for the most part I dont let anything stop me. •••
Why? I could say it's because I love the way it makes me feel when I'm done (which is true), I could say it's because I'm a coach and I can't tell my clients to workout if I'm not (also true), or I could say I just love working out (mostly true)- the real- 100% honest reason I workout as close to 365 days a year as I can? I love carbs and food in general. There it is- the truth finally comes out 🤣😂🤣 The good news- I have learned to balance my nutrition- so I can still have those treats (not CHEATS, but TREATS)- 20% of the time. Then I get my workout in, eat my veggies, drink my water, and balance it! •••
I get it- I could just not eat CRAP and workout and be farther ahead- and a lot of days I do that- but I am not going to deprive myself because I know that leads to a downward spiral of binging - believe me- I've been there- hundreds of times! •••
Moral of the story: I've been there. The girl who had no idea how to workout or where to begin. The girl who didn't know the difference between a good carb and bad carb. The girl whose weight went up and down for years and wonderes why.

The good news: I'm here to help. I'd love to share what I've learned and pass it on to you. I'd love to get you set up with a workout and meal plan- that yesssss- includes some candy and pizza if necessary. Reach out- send me a message- shout it from the roof top- get my attention however you feel necessary and let's make 2019 the best year yet! ❤️

Yes, the 🌟 is missing on my tree, bc my husband hasn't put it up yet 🤷
