  • At the beginning of #myfitjourney , I decided to start off easy. I would do 30 days of smoothie and salad: replace one meal with a smoothie and one meal with salad, and eat whatever for snack and/or 3rd meal. I also began a Zero to 5k training program that involved interval running 3 times a week for 8 weeks. I did smoothie with my #musthavedailycoffee every morning, and had salad for lunch or dinner. It was difficult changing up my salads, but I succeed! After completing this #30daysmoothiesaladchallenge , I realized I was overeating less, I was making better choices in my meals. Such a simple challenge making an impact on my #fitjourney #betterchoicesdaily #salad #smoothie #whatsyourfitchallenge

  • 뒤늦게 찾아간 #토프 . 생각만으로 군침이 도는 이 앤다이브 샐러드는 특유의 쌉싸름한 맛보단 입맛을 돋을 정도의 짭쪼름함에 아삭아삭한 식감이 일품🌿내가 좋아하는 포르치니 버섯이 송송 들어간 리조또도 만족 만족 대만족😆
