    Having a hard time turning on your glutes?? πŸ™€πŸ‘ Placing the loop around the arch of the foot vs the thigh bones activates the glutes IMMEDIATELY. πŸ˜…πŸ’ͺ .

    1. Hip Flexor Lift ~ Focus on pulling your butt back as you lift your leg. This helps turn on your inner thighs, a key component for pelvic floor (kegel) training. .

    2. Standing Birddog to 90 degree hold. ~ So freaking challenging and revealing. πŸ’¦You'll definitely notice which is your stronger side. πŸ˜… .
    .
    Focus on hinging from your hips to get the hamstring to start to train eccentricly. This allows for more flexibility in the back of your legs. #winning πŸ’ͺ

    .

    Make sure to laugh when something is ridiculously hard. πŸ€£πŸ˜… It’s so easy to self-judge ourselves when we β€œthink” we should be able to do something. Let us love our beautiful body now. πŸ’•πŸ’‹

    Smile a lot. Smiling softens the heart and removes unwanted tension/energy. Nothing makes working out worse than being overly critical and aiming for perfection, which causes us to bypasses our progress. Let us enjoy our small victories now. β˜ΊοΈπŸ…πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

    Pilates Pro Tip : Using a Resistance Band between the hands brings our thumbs up to the ceiling. This trains our t-spine extension (our upper back) with shoulder mobility! .

Smile a lot. Smiling softens the heart and removes unwanted tension/energy. Nothing makes working out worse than being overly critical and aiming for perfection, which causes us to bypasses our progress. Let us enjoy our small victories now. β˜ΊοΈπŸ…πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ

 If we don’t get something right away, move on. 😚 Sometimes doing a different exercise empowers a concept that felt so foreign only moments ago. New exercises can help change our neurological connection instantly. #AlwaysBeOpen βœ¨πŸ’•πŸ˜š

Pilates Pro Tip : Using a Resistance Band between the hands brings our thumbs up to the ceiling. This trains our t-spine extension (our upper back) with shoulder mobility! .

    2. Double Leg Stretch (Varation) ~ Continue to keep lower back imprinted into the Arc as the legs lower. This helps build massive core strength. .
    .
    3. Bicycle ~ Focus on length, reach and full extension of the knee as you bicycle, this helps build Quadriceps for long and lean muscles. πŸ˜…πŸ’ͺ

    This week @davide .zanella.10 & I are doing Arms strength with the help of theraband. This sequence is so good to strengthen, mobilize, and stretch you. We hope you'll try it, and let us know what you think. πŸ€—πŸ‘«πŸ’ͺ

    1. In a elongated mermaid position. Wrap a 8 feet theraband around your foot and then your wrist. With a lifted elbow, rotate spine to the back, as you keep both sitz bones on the ground.
    .
    .
    2. Same exercise as 1 with a switching of the elbow to above the head and shifting the eyes forward.
    .
    .
    3. Wrap theraband around wrist more. Curl back into a slight abdominal curl and do 8 bicep curls.
    .
    .
    Finish with a full roll down. Then roll-up and change sides.
    .
