  • Probably the hardest 144lbs I had to press ever. 3.5’ handle makes it stupid hard. This was done after bench.
    Low incline bench @ 80% 6x5 + 1xamrap
    Bench press @ 60% 6x6

    Dead stop row
    Band pushdown
    Alt. Curl
    7 rounds 10 reps each took 20 min

  • Lots of bench. Working on getting that pause at the bottom. Don't want to be getting red-lighted with comfortable weights at the practice meet this weekend!

    Felt good enough to say my opener will be 205 or so but also good enough that if that and the second lift go well we can take a shot at 250+ on lift 3.

    Back is feeling better after a single day off because I'm pretty much Wolverine. Happy to be back clanging and banging again.

    Bench 205x2, 225x1, x1, 240x1 (probably red light...), 185x3, 135x1000 (lost count)
    Landmine rows 90x8, 115x8
    Hyperextensions & arm stuff for fun and health
    Panda Express orange chicken and Shanghai Angus steak and all the rangoons for them sweet gainz post-workout

  • 315 for 6 sets of 5 paused. (Sets 1,4,6 shown). Felt stronger each set. Excited to see that this weight is so effortless now. Last year one set of 5 was my max. Let’s work!
