  • Healthy Vegetable wraps🐰
    What do you need
    - a package of chickenmeat - crème fraiche - mushrooms - chickpeas - coriander leaves - cashew nuts - soy sauce - oyster sauce - fish sauce
    - rosemary - ginger - garlic (powder) - vegetable wraps
    How do you make it?
    Bake the chickenmeat in Some oil, cut the mushrooms and do them together with the Chickenmeat, add the chickpeas without the moisture. While you cook everything add 1 spoon fishsauce, 3spoons oystersauce and 3 spoons soy sauce, Some peper, garlic, Bellpepper powder and rosemary. Cook everything for 5 minutes. When its done, do the wraps in the microwave for a minute, do Some crème fraiche on the wraps and than the chickenmeat with the vegtabeles. At least do Some coriander and cashewnuts on the wraps.
