  • CONFIDENCE - what is it?? All I hear is people saying “I’m not confident to do this, or that” what is it?? When will you get it?? Confidence is something only YOU can achieve. It’s about being happy and loving what are you, as a person. “When I get to a size 6, I’ll be confident” don’t bloody wait until then!! Because I can guarantee when you get to then, you still won’t be confident. It’s about loving yourself, no matter what shape and size.. why? Because you are you. You are your own person. No one else is you. Know your worth, and love yourself for being you. Your personality. What you have grown to be. That’s how you become confident. Not getting to a size 6, or to a number on the scales.
