    “This afternoon I got an email from the corporate team at my health & wellness company letting me know I am in the TOP 10 INCOME EARNERS in the 18-25 age group worldwide 😭🙏🏼🤗⚡️ money was never the primary motive, but helping others & creating freedom were.     When I started this “side hustle” all I wanted to do was help people feel as good as I had started to feel from incorporating some wellness products into my life. Almost 4 years later my life has changed drastically....⠀

  • QUICK TIP: For those of you who have little energy, brain fog, are easily distracted, irritated, and have poor productivity, it could seriously be something as simple as not getting enough sleep. It is recommended that we get 7-9 hours per night, but this number will differ drastically among people. For those of you who sleep less to get more done but still have a hard time, try getting an extra hour or 2 if you can, or take a nap wherever you have some free time! Sure you will have less time to work, but the work you do will be far more efficient, and you will more than likely get a lot more done! Plus your mood will likely be better, and if you exercise, your muscle recovery will be much improved. Drop a comment down below if you guys found this useful! Have an awesome day! 😁✌
