    Мне тяжело . Я устала и вернулась жить домой . Вблизи с родными намного лучше и уютней .
    Мне надоели вечные пьянки и запах табака повсюду . .
    Пусть я не досыпаю 1,5 часа теперь каждый день , торопясь к первой паре , но я в комфортной и уютной обстановке . .
    Каждое утро начинается с путешествия в 05:40 на остановку . Это отвратительно .
    Оно никогда не бывает добрым . В автобусе обстановка как в консервной банке . И ещё утренним бонусом появляется желание оглохнуть от «доброжелательных» пассажиров маршрутки .
    А потом обратный маршрут в этом же духе домой . .
    Как же хочется на пару дней уехать далеко от этой суеты . Забыть про все проблемы и начать с «чистой»головой сново жить . .
    Но я верю , что скоро всё будет хорошо ♥️

    • Protein is your metabolism’s best friend.... This amazing macro nutrient
    powers the synthesis of lean muscle.
    • More lean muscle = increased metabolic rate = an increases in calorie
    burn.
    Fold in Some Fiber
    • I like to call fiber the “filler up” nutrient because it contributes to
    you feeling fuller faster PLUS it aids in more efficient digestion!

    Don’t Be An All Day “Snacker”
    • Like I said, snacking can be a good thing, but not ALL DAY LONG!
    The point of snacking is to keep the hunger monster as bay, not to
    fill in your times of boredom.
    • Here is a pro “nutrient timing trick” that has worked for both
    myself and my clients.
    -Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up.
    -Have a protein rich snack mid morning or after a workout
    -Have lunch between 11-1
    -Have a light fibrous snack between 3-4
    -Have a light filling dinner no later than 630pm.
