    You need to sleep 😴🛌 so your body has time to adjust and regulate yourself 😃; nobody denies that. What you don't need is to oversleep because “When you are sleeping you are being alive, but you are not really living!”. Rest is important only to facilitate growth while you are awake and increase your performance 💪

    Considering the #12 on this list that one of the main differentiators in life is how many hours 🕓 per day you are able to put in towards your objective, you should definitely start cutting down on your sleep. In my own experience unless you are recovering from intense physical activity 🧗‍♀️🏂🚴‍♀️ there is no need for more than 6h of sleep a nigh. This roughly gives you 2 hours extra per day to read 📚, go out and exercise⛷, practice or even work👩‍💻 if that is what you want to do.

    Most people justify their lack of commitment to their goals by saying that they don't have enough time ❌, yet they never bother to uptimize their sleep 🛌, lack of energy, enthusiasm 😄. Something I really want to get across to you Ladies and Gentleman “cutting down sleep is encouraged for those who really know what they have to do during the day”. It gives you a lot more time to work with and you can get more things done📈📝. There is no point in sleeping less if you are going to be waiting your day bang-watching Netflix series either way. Unless... that is your specific goal, in which case I'm not sure we can be friends 🧐🤨
