  • You don't get the ass you want by sitting on it🤷🏽‍♀️
    But you can get some kinda cute, kinda awkward photos instead😬 and if you sit like I am in the second photo long enough, you'll probably get pins and needles and then lose feeling in your legs all together...😅 (I do this way too often👀) But on a serious note, I'm really trying to fall in love with training again. It's been hard going from training comfortably with the same person for 2 years to training a lot harder by myself and then training with PT's from other gyms and being pushed like I've never been pushed before😳 (defo wanted to cry in one of the sessions 😭😂) and now the hardest part is trying to keep the same energy when I train solo😕

    I've been using training as a distraction from personal stuff the past few months and that's definitely taken a toll on me. Gonna be taking a little break from training after next week because first of all I'm getting tattooed again👀 and secondly, I think my body really needs some rest!🙌🏽

  • Had an early leg day this morning! I was hesitant to wear this crop top as i’ve never been confident to wear one in the gym but I went early when it wasn’t as busy to go a little outside of my comfort zone !

    It’s hard when there are mirrors everywhere that can distort how u look based on how far away you are but what i got from today was to not care what people think! easier said than done but everyone is too busy worrying about themselves to care what you’re doing.

    It’s also a conscious effort for me not to compare myself to others in the gym but I just tell myself that everyone is on their own journey... some are just starting and some have already reached their goals. So i just need to focus on my journey because that’s the only one that matters!

  • Reverse diet update: Slowly incorporating more calories and reducing cardio each week. Nothing drastic happening over here. I’m about 2.5-3.5lbs above stage weight but I feel INCREDIBLE!! My workouts have been very effective, I feel like I’m making more of a mind/muscle connection with each rep instead of just trying to get through it due to low energy. With the lack of research on reverse dieting I’m putting my full trust into what my coach is prescribing me. He is involved in a study himself and If you haven’t checked out @paulrevelia and @stephenbeaugrand on @redefinehealthyradio I highly recommend!! It’s good stuff!! It’s no longer about when the “last show” is. The hard work starts NOW and what you do in the off season. My goal is to find my maintenance calories and then only increase 100-200 calories above that. I’m still trying to find this happy place but in my opinion that’s a good thing because MORE FOOD!!! .
