    Today was leg day and here’s the workout:

    1️⃣Squats 4 sets (10,8,6,6– going up in weight each time)
    2️⃣Hack Squat 3x10
    3️⃣calf raises 3x15— slow and controlled
    4️⃣curtesy lunges 3x10 each leg medium weight
    5️⃣dead lift— 3x going up in weight each set
    ABS: 7 minutes, 7 exercises done for a minute each (nonstop)
    Crunches, Russian twists, toe touches, dead bug, flutter kicks, leg raises and plank!
    Don’t forget to stretch after! Very important! •
