- YYAASSS, yesterday was day 8 of my 21 Day Challenge & lemme tell you I’m so surprised/ SHOCKED at the results I’m already seeing⠀
Like my workouts use to be an hour & 1/2 to 2 hours and I barely saw results...now my workouts are literally 30 minutes😭 like idk if I should be happy about all the time I’m saving or mad about all the time I wasted before🙄

- I know I look happy in this pic (and I was when it was taken) but that’s the farthest from how I feel looking back at this semester. It really was a rough one and I finally saw why everyone warned me about taking on too much. This isn’t the day I become a full blown mental advocate, but I do want to say, please please please take care of yourselves. I’ve seen too many of my friends struggling to keep it together and insisting that they’re fine.
I hope everyone takes the break to de-stress and relax. Here’s a few small reminders that I hope make you feel just a little bit better: ☆ you do not have to take every opportunity that comes your way to feel like you matter ☆ your student self is only one part of who you are. It is not the entirety of your being. ☆ just tell your friends you’re struggling. They’re not going to judge you or make fun of you. They want to know and they want to help.
Rest up over the break so we can all come back stronger next semester!
