  • This doesn't even really qualify as food porn but it's what how eat 95% of the time. Contrary to popular belief I don't always eat massive stacks of pancakes or ice cream. ➡️Swipe for macros/calories➡️

    Meal 1: Giant bowls of meat, eggs, vegetables, and rice topped with some kind of salad dressing and hot sauce. ▫️
    ▫️
    Meal 2: Giant bowl of greek yogurt with cinnamon, peanut butter (powdered usually) stevia, topped with fruit and 0 calorie Walden's Farms Pancake syrup. ▫️
    ▫️
    Stil doing Intermittent Fasting pretty much 95% of the time as well. I prefer eating the bulk of my calories towards the tail end of the day for many reasons. Mainly because it's less stressful, and more enjoyable. Also, when done properly isn't shown to be any less effective at preserving muscle mass than higher frequency meal patterns. ▫️
    ▫️
    Meaning you'll keep just as much muscle mass whole eating 200g of protein in one sitting as you will eating it split into 4 separate meals.
    ▫️
    ▫️
    However, for muscle building studies show that 4 separate evenly spaced meals a day is optimal for muscle protein synthesis. AKA building new muscletl tissue.
    ▫️
    ▫️
    What does that mean? If you're looking to gain muscle, spacing out your protein throughout the course of the day is going to insure your utilizing as much of that protein as possible. ▫️
    ▫️
    On the other side of that coin if you wanna lose fat and keep your muscle, you can eat all of your protein in a small, timed eating window, or even all in one meal. So if eating like this makes it easier for you to stick to a fat loss plan, do it!

    This was my 3rd classic physique show this year and my first open bodybuilding show! I was not planning on doing this show #npctexascup just for the fact that I did 2 shows prior to this in October that we’re back to back! But I decided to do it just a couple weeks before and I’m so glad that did! So thankful for all the support from everyone. @anabolic11980 For making me look my best and for sticking with me through this whole year! Now it’s time to work harder then ever for 2019! Super pumped and I know big things are coming! -
