  • A week ago I weighed 5 pounds more than I do today. Can you tell from the outside? Can you tell that these 2 pictures were taking a week apart?!.... 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s not always about what happens on the outside that is important. It is about what happens on the inside! 💓 This last week I have REALLY dialed into my nutrition.
    The biggest change I noticed is I do NOT feel as bogged down and exhausted. I feel more energized, less bloated, happier and less anxious.
    Best part? I didn’t have to cut out ANY food groups. 🙌🏼 I lost these 5 pounds by eating whole nutritious foods. Did I have some treats? Yes but I limited myself. I wrote out a PLAN and I stuck to it! 👏🏼 Quick fixes will not be sustainable and will only create harmful habits for your future. Fill your life with while foods, but allow yourself to enjoy treats on occasion and practice balance. ⚖️ Workout and eat right because you LOVE your body. Not because you hate it. Fall in love with the process and be patient. If you never give up you’ll always be improving no matter what!! 😘
