  • 🔥 Hollow Position Progression ⤴️ •
    ➡️ Scorrendo la gallery vedrai come eseguire in progressione, dalla versione avanzata a quella base, la Hollow Position ⤵️ •
    È un esercizio molto importante che ti permette di lavorare in maniera molto efficace sul rinforzo della muscolatura addominale e sulla stabilizzazione del “Centro del tuo corpo”

    Possedere una muscolatura addominale forte ti consente di migliorare le tue performance anche in tutti gli esercizi fondamentali (Squat, Deadlift, Pull-ups, Bench Press, Military Press), perché proprio lui lavora in maniera sinergica con tutti gli altri gruppi muscolari utilizzati. ➡️ Quindi se desideri ottenere dei muscoli Forti e Funzionali, ti consiglio di eseguire:
    ▫️4 serie x 1 minuto 🔄 rec 1’, scegliendo l’esercizio in base al tuo livello di allenamento.
    Puoi svolgerlo anche nel riscaldamento, come esercizio di pre-attivazione muscolare, sentirai subito di essere più “Centrato” durante l’allenamento.

    Ricorda, per avere un addome FORTE devi allenarlo molto ed aumentare lo stimolo e la difficoltà ad ogni Micro o Macro ciclo, se vuoi un addome SCOLPITO e DEFINITO oltre ad allenarlo allo stesso modo, devi necessariamente curare la tua Alimentazione.

    Ps: perché se mangi “ad cazzum” la tartaruga non l’avrai mai! Neanche arrampicandoti sugli alberi! 🐒
