💥10 full days before Christmas . 10 days of good nutrition can do wonders!
💥So many events and parties! BUT you don’t have to substitute your workout for a night out, or miss an event because you want to stay on track. You can do both! Get your workout in first thing in the morning ( no matter how much it sucks just do it) 💥Eat a filling nutritious meal before heading off to an event. You don’t want to be showing up starving and demolishing whatever is put in front of you. By filling up before you go, you’re not immediately drawn to food when you walk in and still able to fit in a few treats later

Let's chat about the importance of water in general and over the festive season.
Drinking a glass of water after getting your (8) hours of rest is critical to kick starting your body’s metabolic process in the morning. Staying hydrated is essential to maintaining a healthy body. It reduces blood pressure, flushed out toxins, helps regulate kidneys. Another interesting fact, drinking cold water burns more calories! Christmas in Aus is rather warm so it’s essential to keep up with your water intake to avoid dehydration. .
We all know Hangovers are the worst.
Alcohol dehydrates you. To prevent a hangover drink plenty of water with your favorite refreshments during those holiday celebrations. A great rule to follow is to drink one glass of water for each alcoholic beverage you consume. You will be amazed how much better you feel the next day when you stay hydrated.
And sometimes we confuse thirst with hunger, by drinking more water throughout the day will keep you fuller and less likely to binge on junk food when you’re not even hungry. .
